Aqua Therapy

Exercising in the water can be great for muscle and joint pain, Aqua Therapy offers a low impact fitness class with non weigh bearing
exercises. Workouts include shallow water exercises, stretching, Cardio, muscle strength and endurance and exercise modifications are available.

McLaren Badminton Club

A small badminton club running out of McLaren Leisure on Tuesday & Wednesday. Open to players (16yrs +) of all abilities.
