About the McLaren Leisure Centre
Our Priorities
McLaren Leisure is managed by a team of devoted staff and board of professional volunteer directors. We are committed to providing sport and leisure facilities as well as services for local schools, the community, and visitors to the area; in a sustainable manner. We are a not-for-profit organisation, meaning any profits are used to help maintain and improve our facilities; so that we can keep providing sport and leisure services for the local area.
We are a registered charity, as well as being members of the STA (Swimming Teachers’ Association) and STA Approved Training Centre, Mountaineering Scotland (Associate Member), VisitScotland Quality Assurance Scheme, Green Tourism and Social Enterprise UK. We are also accredited as a real Living Wage employer.
