AquaFIT & Aquacise

Fun fitness classes designed to give you a low impact, non weight bearing, full body workout. Sessions include cardio, strength and balance exercises. This water-based activity is kinder on your joints allowing you to exercise without putting too much strain on your body.

AquaFIT: 45 minute, evening sessions. High intensity, low impact workout. includes deep and shallow water workout option. 

Aquacise: 60 minute, Daytime sessions. Offering multiple options for each exercise so you can tailor your workout to suit your needs.  Designed to increase your fitness and get your heart pumping.
