Push yourself to the limit with both group and individual exercises.

A 45 minute intensive class focusing on your overall fitness and core strength, using high intensity interval training.
(Mon 19:00 – 19:45) (Thurs 19:00 – 19:45)
A fun and effective class, focused on exercises that improve posture and increase mobility with a reduced demand on the heart & body.
(Tues 18:15- 19:15) (Thurs 9:00 – 10:00)
The class starts with a structured warm up of the whole body followed by a low impact cardiovascular section, then the class progresses on to a circuit which can be tailored to suit individual needs.
